  • Adult – 17 – 64 years
  • Senior – Senior Citizen aged 65 years & over
  • Students – with a valid NUS or Student ID card
  • Juniors – 2 – 16 years
  • Family – 2 adults & 2 juniors

*Children under the age of 2 can attend and do not require a ticket however they will not be allocated a seat.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?

You are able to buy a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction, per billing address when purchasing online and you will be able to buy tickets for multiple days and events in one transaction.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Groups of 10 or more tickets purchased in one transaction can take advantage of our groups deal. To purchase call the groups team on 0844 338 8002. Lines are open from 9am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

If you opted for your tickets to be posted, they will be sent to the billing address of the card used to make your booking no later than 7 – 10 days before the event. To enquire about the status of your order, or if you have moved to a new house and need to change the billing address, please contact Ticket Factory.

BOX OFFICE INFO

The box office offers ticket sales for on the day (subject to availability) and ticket collection for bookings made with Ticket Factory and British Athletics.

CAN I CHOOSE MY SEAT?

Yes, when you go to purchase your ticket you will have the option to ‘select your seat’ or ‘best available’.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AS A GIFT?

For security purposes, tickets are posted to the billing address of the card holder who purchased them. Customers may gift their tickets to a friend or relative who may use them to attend the event.

Any third parties collecting tickets from the box office on behalf of the card holder must present a letter of authorisation, signed by the cardholder, detailing:

  • Card holder name
  • Card holder billing address
  • Booking reference number
  • Name of nominated attendee
  • Last four digits of card used to make the booking

The attendee must present a completed, signed copy of this letter along with photo ID, showing that they are the nominated collector/attendee and sign for the tickets.

ARE ACCESSIBLE TICKETS AVAILABLE?

Wheelchair tickets are available which includes a free companion ticket.

All tickets are purchased under a no refund or exchange policy and subject to the terms and conditions of the British Athletics and the ticketing service provider Ticket Factory.
