🔊Sound on! Have you missed live sport? After @faster_feet decided we all needed to compete in a standing long jump competition, I took on the challenge. With help from @jessicathedog8 I took it on in my garden – you should too, film it and send it into him on Twitter! I Thought I’d have a little fun with the production side too. Enjoy. #standinglongjump #stayhome #gardenlife #longjump #homeworkout @teamgb @bbcsport

10. Sessions on the grass for Zoey Clark.
Not quite the Florida sun that I was expecting to be training in right now, but on the bright side I have this nice little grass loop by my house that I can run on. The bends are a bit tight to go round at speed but I’ll take what I can get. pic.twitter.com/j1TzZadg5B
