ADENEGAN SETS PB ONCE AGAIN

Kare Adenegan (coach: Job King) recorded a sensational 100m personal best of 17.37 (0.7) in Coventry on Wednesday evening, taking a significant chunk off her previous fastest ever time.

Adenegan also goes to the top of the T34 100m ranking in 2018 with the time. Her previous best was 17.78 set in Newham last year ahead of the World Para Athletics Championships. But the 17-year-old is rounding into great form this season.

The Coventry-based athlete has already lowered her PBs over 400m and 800m in recent weeks to 60.44 and 1:59.95 respectively.
