Where is best to see what events?
One of the best things about coming to an athletics event is that you are never far away from the action, with multiple events happening at the same time and spread around the stadium there is always something to watch.
In the stadium every seat gives you an excellent view of the action.
If you love to watch the fastest athletes on the planet the best seats to choose are in the West Stand.
Want to watch the long and triple jumpers charging down the runway, then choose seats in the East Stand.
If the pole vault is more your thing, then the North Stand is for you whilst the South Stand offers the best view of the high jump.
For the throw events, in North & East Stand you will be able to see the Shot Put. For the discus & hammer, the South & East Stands Stand offer the best viewpoint. The East or West Stand will allow you to see the Javelin.
And of course, not leaving out the endurance races where any seat in the stadium is great to cheer on the athletes as they complete laps of the track.
Please note field event locations are subject to change depending on the wind direction on the day.
