In the stadium every seat gives you an excellent view of the action.
If you love to watch the fastest athletes on the planet the best seats to choose are in the West Stand.
Want to watch the long jumpers charging down the runway, then choose seats in the East Stand.
If the pole vault is more your thing, then the North Stand is for you whilst the South Stand offers the best view of the high jump.
For the throw events the South Stand offers the best viewpoint.
And of course, not leaving out the endurance races where any seat in the stadium is great to cheer on the athletes as they complete laps of the track.
Please note field event locations are subject to change depending on the wind direction on the day.
