Blue Badge Parking
Limited Blue Badge Parking will be available in Perry Park Car Park next to the stadium. This car park can be accessed from Church Road. Please display your Blue Badge Parking permit on entry. There is a £5 on the day cost (cash only). Parking is on a first come, first served basis.
In the event of bad weather this car park may be reduced in capacity or closed due to it being a grass surface.
Please note that this parking will be on a grassed area adjacent to the stadium with limited hard standing. There may be a delay exiting this car park at the end of the event.
Spectators with accessible tickets in the Nelson Stand and Backstraight Stand will be directed to enter the stadium via a ramped access gate to the right of the Fan Village. This is where bag checks will take place.
Access to the Box Office
The Box Office can be found next to the main entrance in the Fan Village.
An accessible hub will be available at the entrance to the Fan Village should you need any assistance during the day.
The Accessibility Team has several wheelchairs available should customers need to use them to get to their seats. You can collect a wheelchair from this area.
A member of staff will accompany you to your seat, once seated they will then return the wheelchair back to the collection point so it can be used for the next customer.
When exiting, customers wishing to use this service can collect a wheelchair from behind the Nelson Stand. A member of staff will again accompany you to the car parking area.
Please note: this service is to simply assist you from A to B, it is not a wheelchair hire service where you are allocated the chair for the duration of the event. Please also have someone with you who can assist in pushing the wheelchair for you.
Guide and Assistance Dogs
Guide and Assistance Dogs are very welcome at the stadium.
Accessible toilets are available at the stadium, close to the wheelchair bays. These toilets are larger than standard toilets. Many of these toilets are controlled by RADAR keys which will be given to staff but if you have your own key please make sure you bring it with you.
Spectators are advised to bring medication in its original packaging and only enough for use during the event. All spectators are subject to bag searches and any unmarked/unpackaged medication will be confiscated.
There is no refrigeration on site so please make sure that you package your medication appropriately for the duration of your visit; we suggest bringing a small cool bag for any medication which needs to be kept cool.
Please be aware that pyrotechnics, strobe lighting, special effects and fireworks may be used at this event.
