The Meet - Great Britain v USA

‘The Meet’ will see the best British athletes face the greatest talent from the United States of America in a world-class, one-day event.

London Stadium will host the iconic head to head between two of the world’s leading federations in track and field in July 2018.

Many of the stars of British Athletics and USA Track and Field are expected to take part in the new, fast-paced event which will be designed to entertain audiences at London’s iconic athletics stadium.

The two teams will be led by ‘star captains’ in this new event showcase which will feature a range of different race match-up’s and formats.

Specific format and star athlete participants for ‘The Meet’ will be announced beginning in early 2018.
