2018 will see British Athletics plays host to the 130th edition of the British Athletics Championships.
Hosted at the Alexander Stadium, the championships bring the best in Britain head to head over two days of action, with 18 disciplines for both men and women culminating in 36 British champions being crowned on Saturday 30 June and Sunday 1 July.
Furthermore, while the championships always double up as the official British trials ahead of the summer’s major international championship (world, European or Olympic Games), 2018’s edition will also have the added spice of seeing British team spots decided for the inaugural modern-day Athletics World Cup on July 14 & 15.
In order to qualify for the latter athletes’ simply need to come first in their discipline, with no requirement for a qualifying mark.
