The prestigious UKA event returns to the Birmingham NIA on Saturday February 20th with many of the world’s greatest athletes in action. Be prepared for an afternoon of electric activity and entertainment.
Britain’s three leading ladies, world champion Jessica Ennis, silver medallist Lisa Dobriskey and bronze medallist Jenny Meadows have already confirmed their attendance.
They will be joined by a field of international stars including the second fastest woman in history, Carmelita Jeter & former Olympic and World triple jump champion, Christian Olsson, who will make his return to competition after more than two years of intermittent injuries, in a head to head with Britain’s Phillips Idowu.
As well as world class athletics, Extreme High Jump is set to stun the crowd as the newly added pre-show when it begins a 12.30pm. High Jump athletes will compete against BMX riders and Inline skaters, where skill and tricks will be the order of the day!
