iaaf rule changes announced

2009 IAAF Rule Changes have been finalised. This is following the initial discussions and proposals for changes that were considered by the IAAF in Berlin in August of this year. These have been summarised and are now available for download below as a PDF document.

Amendments are to the rules of competition and include updates concerning jury of appeal, as well as updates to track and field rules
