Olympic 1500m finalist Andy Baddeley (Harrow) has impressed in a rare outing over 5000m at the World Athletics Tour in Melbourne earlier today.
Badddeley – currently training in Australia took time out from his heavy schedule to take in a race at the Melbourne Olympic Park and finished second in 13:20.99 – an improvement on his 2005 PB of 14.12.15 by 52 seconds.
The race was won by Australian Collis Birmingham in 13.16.26.
